Support Your Body In The Early Weeks
Without Rushing The Healing Process
Too Soon For Exercise, Not Too Soon For Support
You gave birth, and the world told you to wait before you can start “healing.”
Six weeks until you're "cleared," six weeks of being told to “just rest” and to "sleep when the baby sleeps.”
You’ve been up all night; long days of feeding, holding, rocking, bouncing, and baby wearing leave your body feeling stiff and disconnected.
But your body is is craving deeper support, while you’re resting.
It’s Never Too Soon To Notice Your Body
The first 40 days after birth is a window for prioritizing rest, nourishment, and bonding.
In many non-western societies, these weeks are filled with healing practices, emphasizing physical and emotional care for the new mother.
However, in our western world, the first 40 days can feel like a whirlwind waiting game: getting the green light to become a functioning member of society again, our bodies becoming tired and disconnected as the weeks progress.
There Must Be A Better Way
What if we did get to fully lean into rest while still giving ourselves 5 minutes to feel into our bodies?
What if we still get to embrace the moments of a sleeping baby on our chest, but also get to connect back into our pelvic floor?
What if we get to be up all night, and also have a 3 minute practice to release the shoulder and neck tension that came afterwards?
What if we get to prioritize this window of sacred rest, while still giving our physical body the care it so desparately needs right now?

Here’s What Changes
Your kid wants another piggyback and the answer isn't automatically no.
You pick something heavy up without thinking about your back first.
You go for the run. Maybe you even train for that 10k.
You hike. Maybe even while wearing a baby or carrying a toddler.
3pm rolls around and you…feel great.
You get through the day feeling physically capable rather than depleted.
You trust what your body can do.
I Do The Thinking, You Do The Training.
(+ you get stronger, have better posture and a brighter mood. sound good?)
Every Sunday, your training for the week lands in the Pea Body Pilates app with custom cueing and instructions, a video form check with feedback from me only a button away.
We check in regularly — daily for some clients, a couple times a week for others. I keep you on track, move the plan forward when your body is ready, and adjust it the moment things get hard.
You don't search for a workout or worry about making it to your class on time.
You don't decide whether today should be lifting or Pilates. You don't wonder if you're ready to add more weight. You know that you’re never wasting time, because your plan was built for you and you only.
You open it. You know what you're doing. You press play and start getting results.

“Training with Claire has totally changed my body.”
Hi, I’m Claire!
I’m the owner and founder of Pea Body Pilates. Most importantly, I’m a mom of 2.
For the past 8+ years, I've helped moms move through conditions such as diastasis recti, C-section recovery, prolapse and other pelvic floor dysfunctions.
I've spent years specializing in the gap between postpartum rehabilitation and becoming genuinely strong again.
My approach is unconventional because I am not loyal to one method, but instead, I’m loyal to what your body needs! Pilates, strength training and corrective exercise make up my approach to a balanced, strong and functional body.
Getting back into things like running, the gym or simply being strong to show up for motherhood are just a few of the many goals women come to me with.
I don't believe in bounce-back culture or quick fixes. I believe that with consistency, intelligent programming, and the right coach in your corner, there's no goal out of reach — whether you're 6 weeks postpartum or 16 years out.
It takes a village to raise a mother. I'd be honored to be part of yours.

Not All Training Is Created Equal
Just Press Play…
And Know Your Body Is Getting What It Needs
Every Sunday, The Question Is Already Answered.
Your week's training schedule lands in the app.
You press play. You know that your body is getting everything it needs, not busy work from an app or group class.
I keep you on track and moving forward, you keep getting stronger.
One of those weeks? We adjust, and then get right back to it. No more going back to square 1.
How It Works:
-
Goals, History and Movement Assessment
Your 60 minute kickoff call: this is where it all starts!
We'll talk through your goals, your body's history (injuries, past pregnancies, what it's been through), and your actual life circumstances (your program has to work with everything you're juggling, and not pretend that doesn't exist).
On this call we go through a full movement assessment so I can see exactly how you move, where things are going well and where I can help you make change.
Last but not least (my personal fave!) we get to the exciting part: what's possible for you in the next 6 months. How you will start to see results, achieve your goals and feel amazing in your body.
Here, we map it out together and build a plan together to get you there!
-
Your Personalized Combination Of Pilates + Strength
No AI workout builders or templates here!
Programs I build for clients are completely custom and created by me. I design a program that's 100% yours and 100% adaptable: If something needs to change, we change it immediately.
In your program, key lifts stay consistent for 8-week blocks so we can track and progress (more reps, more weight, etc), while accessory work shifts session to session to keep your body resilient and adapting.
We never stall and never waste time. As a busy mama myself, I know that time is precious and that when you train smarter, it doesn’t have to mean longer.
-
Your Training Schedule Lands In The App Every Sunday
I plan it all out for you. Just press play and go!
Never guess whether you’re doing it right– full video tutorials and detailed cueing explain every exercise, and I’m always a quick video message away to check your form and give feedback.
Life happens, so you can swap days around anytime. Your week alternates strength training and core/posture-focused Pilates days for a balanced program.
-
Ongoing Support, Form Checks, Coaching, Progressions And Adjustments As Your Body Responds.
Think of me as your personal trainer and mom friend in your back pocket.
I take on only a small client load at a time to ensure you’re getting personalized attention and focus from me.
You're never on your own between sessions. We stay in constant communication through a private messaging channel — videos back and forth, form checks, adjustments to your program etc.
Consistency and accountability are what make or break results, which is exactly why having me in your corner is a pillar of how I train clients (and how you see results!).
-
Nutrition, Recovery And Lifestyle Where They'll Help Your Results.
Once you're rolling with your program, we zoom out.
I don’t believe in gym bro advice such as counting macros or drinking a protein shake at every meal. Together, we look at the entire ecosystem of your life: how you're fueling, recovering, sleeping, and living, so your training actually sticks, supporting your lifestyle instead of making it another thing that moves to the bottom of your to-do list.
-
Keep Training Together, Or Move Forward Knowing How To Continue.
Our container together may have an end point, but you won't hit it and be left to figure out the rest on your own. As we get closer, we'll talk through what's next for you.
Some clients stay on and keep uplevelling their strength, chasing goals that they never imagined they could chase!
Others feel ready to take what they've built and run with it on their own. Whichever fits your life at that point, we build a real plan for it together. It's never just "good luck" and a closed door. You'll always leave with a clear next step and a virtual hug.
“This is an emotional one. Thank you for all you do.”
This 6-month coaching package is about building on the foundation you already have, or finally building the one you never got the chance to.
Quick fixes are not real; this program is 6 months in length because creating change in the body takes time. This longer container is for those ready to stop starting over and are truly committed to making change in your body and lifestyle.
Whether you're under a year postpartum and ready for more than the basics, or years out and finally ready to address what's been overlooked, this high-touch program is built entirely around your body, your history and where you want to go next.
WHAT our weeks together look like
-
Where it all begins!
In this call we discuss your training history, any lingering injuries, pelvic floor issues, or diastasis recti, and where you feel stuck or plateaued.
We'll also go through movement assessment and see which areas your body could use some strength or support.
This call is the foundation of your custom program, and a chance for us to connect face-to-face before we spend the next 6 months together!
-
Every Sunday, your strength and Pilates sessions land in the Pea Body Pilates app.
I map each day out for you so that it’s easy to plan for the week ahead. Planning workouts is taken off your mental load—just press play and go!
Kids sick and home from school? We still fit in some juicy core work on the rug next to them. Plans are always adaptable to the ebb and flow of your life + routine.
-
Though we'll talk a lot about food (my favorite!), we’ll also look at the entire ecosystem of your life and how factors other than training will support your body’s goals: sleep, stress, daily rhythm and herbs/supplements to support your body where it’s at now.
We create a plan that fits realistically into your life to support energy levels, mood and of course, your training.
*Realistic is the key word here— I take into account that lack of sleep and stress might be very real this season!
-
These are up to you and as often as you prefer: some like daily, others a few times a week or just weekly.
Life will constantly be throwing us busy weeks and challenges, so accountability is KEY (what will keep you progressing through the next 6 months!).
-
It is important to me the you’re never left guessing if something is “right” or not.
You’ll film your reps on your phone (no tech set up needed!) and we’ll workshop them until they’re perfect. Allowing me to see your body move gives us the option to advance or dial back, keeping your program evolving and realistic to your life circumstances in a given week.
I’m excited for you to become literate in your body.
Teaching your body how to move correctly is a gift that keeps on giving and will literally serve you for the rest of your life.
-
In addition to checking your form and evolving your program, constant communication allows you a space to vent when you’ve had the week from hell and your training plan needs to account for that.
Staying on track is paramount for your success, and I’m here to make sure that happens, even during the hardest weeks!

A Plan That Only Works On A Good Week?
It Isn’t Your Plan
If you want to get stronger, you don't need six months where nobody gets sick, work stays quiet, everyone sleeps through the night and three pristine workout windows magically appear in your calendar.
That isn't the requirement.
Your training needs to work in the life you actually have.
With the right coach and the right plan, you WILL get stronger, no matter the circumstances!
When a week goes sideways, we adjust it.
When your body needs something different, we change it.
When you miss a session, you don't get dumped three weeks behind and left wondering whether you should start again.
And when the initial rush of motivation disappears, someone is still paying attention to what happens next.
That's why your program isn't handed to you once and left untouched for six months.
I keep building it with you.
Consistency isn't doing everything perfectly. It's having a plan that knows how to keep going.

“Working with Claire ultimately led to a level of strength and fitness I could have never imagined.”
You Ask, I Answer!
-
If you’ve gotten this far, this training might be a great fit for you ;)
Your physical body:
You want to get stronger! Maybe you haven’t started yet, you’ve plateaued, stuck in a generic routine, and ready for more challenging progression again.
Whatever brought you here, you're ready to actually address it, not just manage around it! Specific postpartum conditions such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, lingering aches etc are all welcome here :)
Your emotional body: You're ready to show up, put in effort, and trust the process! Even on the weeks that are hard. This program meets your body where it is, but it still asks something of you: consistency, willingness, and the belief that real change is possible.
Training with me is designed to fit into a busy, full life. However, it does require showing up consistently to see results, making this program best suited for those who are ready to commit to moving their bodies 20-40 minutes almost daily.
NOTE: This package is for those who are 6+ months postpartum. If you are <6 months postpartum, my Early Postpartum training package is best suited for you!
-
Is this only for postpartum women?
Not at all. While postpartum is where my specialty lives, I train women across every season of life, and men too! Several partners have stuck around to train with me ;)Whatever you’re here for, the same principles apply: programming built around your body, accountability and progress.
-
Absolutely. It's never too late to address these things properly, no matter how many years have passed!
A lot of clients come to me specifically because something got missed the first time around, which we will build into your program from the start.
-
Yes! Plenty of clients are here simply because generic workouts stopped producing results, and they're ready to train with intention and make progress!
-
No gym required- I work with whatever you have access to.
We can use a gym, no gym, or a mix of both.
If you do have a gym, we'll incorporate machines, benches, and equipment there.
If you're working from a home setup, we typically use two sets of dumbbells, a foam roller, and a small Pilates ball.
Don't let missing equipment hold you back from getting started! Many clients see great success with bodyweight alone, and we can sub in household items too.
-
I build your program around what's realistic for your life (and this can always fluctuate!) but as a benchmark, clients who commit to three, 30-minute strength sessions and two 20-minute Pilates core/posture sessions a week see excellent results, without it taking over your schedule.
-
This is a common and valid question!
Yes, all coaching is delivered virtually through the Pea Body Pilates app and live video calls (zoom), so you can work with me from anywhere. If you’re used to in-person only, this can be a bit of an adjustment, but many clients are relieved at how much freedom/flexibility in their schedule virtual training offers.
Making sure you feel confident in your movements and never guessing is extremely important to me. Rest assured, that will not be a problem.
In addition to detailed tutorial videos in the Pea Body Pilates app, you’ll have direct messaging access to me including video check-ins so I can watch your form and give feedback.
-
Every package includes nutrition and lifestyle coaching from me as a certified Integrative Health Practitioner.
My approach is rooted in nourishment, specifically focused on whole foods, energy, and hormone support (never diet culture or deprivation).
We're always thinking about what we can add in, not just what to take out, and which easy, small habits can we add in to support your body on a deeper level.
This will differ for everyone; what your body needs now is likely different from what it needed right after birth, and we take into account factors such as breastfeeding or seasons such as perimenopause.
we build your plan aroundwhat your life looks like today, whether that's more energy, better recovery, or simply introducing healthier habits for the whole family!
-
I totally understand the hesitation to invest in yourself this way. It’s very real! I invite you to think of this less as a “fitness or wellness cost” and more as an investment in your long-term health and well-being.
I want exercise and health to be accessible for everyone, so please feel free to reach out at hello@peabodypilates.com if finances are keeping you from being able to train with me.
-
6 months is a good amount of time to first build a foundation but still have enough time to then move forward and build strength on top of that.
In addition, this timeframe helps hold you accountabl- you know you’re in it for the long run versus knowing you can quit at any moment when the going gets tough!
Six Months From Now Is Coming Either Way
You could still be saving workouts, trying to get back into a routine and wondering whether you should be doing more Pilates or finally start lifting properly.
Or, you could have six months of training behind you.
Weights that used to feel heavy don't anymore.
You know what your body can do.
You're not constantly beginning again.
And somewhere along the way, getting stronger stopped being another thing you were trying to organize and simply became something you do.
or jump right to the sign up to get discounted waitlist pricing!
Ready To See What Six Months Could Do?
We'll talk about where you're starting, what you want your body to be able to do next and whether Postpartum + Beyond 1:1 Training is the right way to get you there.
(PS. It’s okay to feel nervous, this is exciting!)
